June showed advertising platforms moving from standalone AI features toward full AI ecosystems. Meta, Google, TikTok and others are building their own AI hubs, automating ad creation, and increasingly handing campaign management over to intelligent agents.

Meta Ads

🔥 Booking directly from Lead Ads After completing an Instant Form, an embedded calendar now opens directly on the Thank You page without leaving Facebook. Lead campaign optimization for conversion value (Maximize Value of Conversions) Lead campaigns with website conversion destinations can now optimize not only for lead volume but also for lead value. Placement & Channel Value Rules Placement Value Rules and Conversion Location Value Rules are now available to all advertisers directly within campaign setup. Lets advertisers signal where their business creates the most value while keeping the benefits of Advantage+ automation.
❗️ Dating Ads policy update Since June 24, Meta allows ads for consensual non-monogamous relationship services, provided they comply with policy requirements and target users aged 18+. Opens a compliant advertising channel for niche dating platforms focused on open relationships.
Health & Wellness ad policy update Meta is moving from product-based restrictions to a claims-based approach, evaluating ads based on the claims they make rather than the product category itself. Removes several common approval barriers for beauty, wellness, and nutraceutical advertisers.
Live Video Ads + Live Shopping Livestreams become paid advertising inventory, allowing viewers to browse products, see prices, and purchase directly during the stream. Enables brands to scale live content beyond existing followers while combining livestreaming with direct sales.
End-to-end AI creative solution Meta is testing a unified AI workspace for generating, adapting, translating, and approving advertising creatives. Speeds up creative production, although advertisers should monitor automatic AI modifications before publishing.
Meta Creator Marketing Hub Creator Marketplace and Partnership Ads Hub are being merged into one platform. Makes managing creators, collaborations, and Partnership Ads much easier from a single interface.
Meta Business Agent — global rollout Business Agent is now available globally, allowing AI to operate inside WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram by answering customer questions, recommending products, qualifying leads, and assisting with sales. Messaging platforms become full AI-powered sales and customer-service channels.
Virtual Cards for Checkout Shoppers can use temporary one-time Mastercard or Visa card numbers generated from their existing payment accounts. Improves payment security and increases consumer confidence during online checkout.
Creator affiliate program expansion Creators can now connect affiliate accounts, publish affiliate links, and tag products from business catalogs directly in Reels and Feed. Brands gain an additional sales channel through creator content while creators are incentivized to promote products via commissions.

TikTok Ads

Symphony Agent TikTok introduced an AI agent for ad creation. It analyzes trends, top-performing ads, and brand objectives, then helps generate scripts, videos, and identify suitable creators. Campaign preparation becomes faster as AI takes over part of the strategic and creative work.
TikTok Agentic Hub TikTok introduced an environment where AI agents can interact with advertising tools and external services through MCP. Enables automation of marketing tasks and integration with third-party AI systems.
Content Suite in TikTok One A UGC library with AI-powered search has been added. The system helps brands discover relevant user-generated videos and request usage rights directly within the platform. Brands can more easily discover high-quality UGC and quickly turn it into Spark Ads or other advertising campaigns.

Google Ads

New analytics tools for YouTube Brand Campaigns Google updated Brand Lift and Brand Report Hub. Advertisers can now evaluate YouTube campaigns' impact on brand awareness, interest, and purchases from one interface and compare campaign performance. Makes it easier to measure brand campaign performance and demonstrate impact on business metrics rather than just video views.
Walmart Connect in Display & Video 360 Advertisers gained access to Walmart Connect audiences in DV360 and can now measure YouTube advertising's impact on real online and in-store Walmart purchases. Brands can leverage the largest US retailer's audience data for targeting and, for the first time, connect YouTube ad exposure with offline sales.
Financial advertiser verification in EU/EEA Google is expanding mandatory verification for financial services advertisers to 24 additional EU/EEA countries. Campaigns will not be allowed to run without verification once the new requirements take effect. Financial companies should complete verification in advance to avoid campaign interruptions.
New real estate ad formats (US only for now) Google Search introduced dedicated ad formats for real estate agencies and developers, displaying property cards with photos, pricing, and key details directly in search results. Real estate companies receive a more prominent advertising format that shortens the customer journey from search to property selection.

Snapchat Ads

Creator Marketplace Snapchat launched its own creator network for discovering influencers and running creator-led campaigns. Brands can more easily find relevant creators and launch UGC-based campaigns.
AI ad-creation tools Snapchat introduced new AI features for generating ad creatives, including image generation and automatic format adaptation. Reduces time and cost of producing advertising materials.

ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI)
